Account Terms 
You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.

You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that happens under your account ( even if Content is posted by others who have accounts under your account ). 
If you are using a free account you are not permitted to block adverts. 
One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account. 
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unapproved purpose. You must not, in the employment of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction ( including although not restricted to copyright laws ). 
Payment and Repayments 
A valid Visa card or account is required for paying memberships, workshops, seminars, and other events acquired fromtitle . 
No refunds will be given for workshops, conventions, and other events purchased fromtitle . 
All memberships are non-refundable. Annual memberships are billed ahead and stay in position for the period of 12 months from the date of purchase . Monthly memberships are billed in advance on a monthly basis and will automatically renew each month, unless ended as per "Membership Cancellation and Termination" below. There'll be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, or deductions for months new with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made. 
If you purchase a workshop, convention, or event but decide not to take part, you will request either : i ) to reschedule to another event of equal or lesser value , or ii ) to substitute somebody in your place, provided you do so within 7 days before the event. 
You are wholly accountable for notifying the Company if you can't attend a workshop, seminar, or event. 
All charges are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or commitments imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding only United States ( federal or state ) taxes. 
Unless otherwise specifically said all costs shown are in US bucks ( USD ). 
Membership Cancellation and Termination 
You are solely responsible for correctly canceling your membership. An e-mail or phone request to cancel your membership isn't considered cancellation. You can cancel your membership at any point by signing in and clicking on the Account link in the global navigation bar at the top of the screen. The Account screen gives a simple no questions asked cancellation link. 
All your Content will be instantly removed from the Service on cancellation. This information can't be recovered once your account is cancelled. 
In the case of Monthly memberships, if you cancel the Service before the end of your present paid up month, your cancellation will take effect instantly and you will not be charged again.
